Tim Serritella

Tim Serritella is a seasoned executive with over two decades of success delivering capital solutions, operational turnarounds, and strategic financial leadership to middle-market enterprises, commercial lenders, and investment groups. During his career, Tim has directed various asset-based lending (ABL) platforms, driving the identification, underwriting, funding, and portfolio management of complex debt structures. His executive background spans commercial banking, special assets, and distressed debt workout, and leading the operational turnaround of a multi-million-dollar logistics services company. An active entrepreneur, Tim has founded and scaled ventures across retail, global import/distribution, and commercial finance brokerage. Tim is also very active in the regional and national chapters of the Turnaround Management Association, the Commercial Finance Association, the Association for Corporate Growth, the Midwest Business Brokers and Intermediaries and in Rotary International.
